Overview

This article outlines the stance of Arch Linux and Arch Hurd with regard to the Arch Hurd logo.

Trademark Policy

As outlined in the Arch Linux trademark policy (and confirmed by Aaron Griffin), Arch Hurd has permission to use the current Arch Hurd logo, which is a derivative of the Arch Linux logo. If a future logo is created using the Arch Linux logo (not the Arch Hurd logo) as a base, permission will have to be requested again, as that will be a separate work.
